
Norman Radow - Founder and Chief Executive officer
Norman established RADCO in 1994 when he redeveloped a 53-story Atlanta hotel and condominium property in distress. Previously, Norman was a real estate litigation, workout and transactional lawyer. He has been involved in some of the most complex workouts and successor developer issues in the country. He was involved the first workout of a Sharia compliant transaction and has overseen many complicated UCC foreclosures and other difficult projects requiring immediate decision making and multi-faceted skill sets. Norman has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Emory Law School and lectures at New York law School (where he also serves on its board and real estate committee) and the USC Gould School of Law. He is also Chairman of the Kennesaw State University Board of Trustees, a 23,000-student university in metropolitan Atlanta with $500 million in assets, mostly in real estate, all of which were acquired and developed under his stewardship. Norman was awarded a J.D. by New York Law School in 1981 and holds a B.A. from SUNY Plattsburgh. He is admitted to practice law in both New York and Georgia.
Peter Fitzgerald - Principal, Chief Operating Officer
Peter is Chief Operating Officer and a Principal of The RADCO Companies. He has overall responsibility for developing operating and workout strategy for clients and executing business plan objectives. He also oversees RADCO’s accounting, legal and acquisition executives. Peter has more than 20 years of real estate operating, transaction, and financial management experience with both large institutions and small entrepreneurial organizations. He spent more than 12 years with JMB Realty Corporation and its subsidiary, Xanterra Parks & Resorts, working in portfolio management, finance and accounting areas of the companies. Peter also held senior financial and asset management roles at Met Life, Miles Properties and Green Street Properties. His experience extends to multi-family, condominiums, mixed-use development, master plan communities and subdivisions and operating hotels. In addition, Fitzgerald has extensive experience planning and implementing accounting and retail system conversions, managing large groups, Controllership and CFO experience. Peter is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and is a CPA (inactive).
DOUG ORSAGH - CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Doug directs all aspects of RADCO’s underwriting and project accounting for client-based work as well as our internal accounting. He oversees 12 accountants and analysts directly in addition to project accountants on site. Prior to joining RADCO, Doug worked in the transaction services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers servicing private equity clients. He parachutes teams into M&A candidates, conducts forensic accounting, and formulates business plans for the proposed transactions. Doug earned a B.A. in Economics from Notre Dame and two M.B.A.’s from Georgia State University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant.
KEVIN PRICE – PRINCIPAL/EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Kevin runs RADCO’s condominium operations and is responsible for all condominium activities with an emphasis on sales. Kevin established our immensely effective in-house sales program, which we utilize in many markets. Our in-house command of the sales floor reduces costs and provides maximum control over sales success. Prior to RADCO, Kevin spent 10 years with Crescent Heights directing its Washington DC and Los Angeles offices. In his last cycle, Kevin project managed 14 communities representing over 4,500 units with gross sell out of over $1.5 billion.
THOMAS NOLAN – MANAGING DIRECTOR
Tom has 25 years of experience in commercial real estate across all product types and capital structures.
Prior to RADCO, Tom was Senior Vice President of Kimco Realty Advisors where he was head of business development and capital raising for its South American and U.S.-based retail platforms. Previously, for 9 years, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for Lehman Brothers Global Commercial Real Estate Group. Tom also worked in GE’s large loan group. Tom earned a B.S. in Economics with a minor in Finance from Connecticut State University.
