RDS's first transformation
SITUATION:
In 1994, RADCO acquires this 53-story mixed-use property in Midtown Atlanta from the lender after the developer goes bankrupt. It included hotel, office and rental space.
THE PLAN:
RADCO sells the hotel and office portions of the property for ultimate conversion into a five-star Four Seasons Hotel.
RESULTS:
Return on investment exceeds all expectations and the Grand project is nominated as Atlanta's "deal of the year".
